Universal Orlando Ride Height Restrictions

Thanks to Universal’s reliance on the same technology for several rides throughout the resort the average rider height for attractions in this park is now lower than it was.

The same magic number that gets you onto 75% of Disney World’s attractions will get you on roughly the same percentage in Universal Studios.

Islands Of Adventure set out to right the most complained about part of Universal Studios – the lack of attractions for young children.

Seuss Landing does a wonderfully colourful job of entertaining not just small children but teenagers and adults too.

Sadly, beyond the curvy walls of Seuss Landing younger visitors could be left on the sidelines more than they might like.

Epic in name, epic in nature. Orlando’s newest theme park has been designed from the ground up to be as immersive as possible.

Expectations for Epic Universe have been sky-high, but what catches many people off guard is the park’s family-friendly nature, in part due to a lack of planning or awareness.

Of the 13 opening day attractions, there is one high-speed roller coaster complemented by 2 family friendly roller coasters. A splash battle, 2 shows, three immersive attractions, 2 play areas, a carousel and a Sky-Fly locked in family-friendly mode.

When over half the park is themed to family-friendly IP, such as How To Train Your Dragon and Super Nintendo World, is it too much to expect more thrills?

Set your expectations right, and you’ll have a brilliant day here, but if you want outright thrills, this isn’t the park for you.

Volcano Bay is Orlando’s most popular water park for good reason.

It has the thrills of Blizzard beach with plenty of sunbeds and chill out space in a tiny footprint.  The park feels much larger than it’s current acreage.

The adults come for the sunbeds and slides but children will soon discover a water-filled adventure playground to explore.
