Legoland Florida Ride Height Restrictions

As with all Legoland parks worldwide, this 150-acre park is aimed at young families, specifically children between 2 and 12 years old.

Legoland Florida is situated in Winter Haven, about 45 minutes south of Kissimmee on land that was once Cypress Gardens, Florida’s first theme park.

Thanks to an agreement Merlin had to make to build on Cypress Gardens, this Legoland is probably one of the most picturesque as it still retains the historic botanical gardens.

Add in Peppa Pig Theme Park next door and a water park, bringing the attraction count to over 50, plus 3 onsite hotels, Legoland Florida is a multi-day destination in it’s own right.

Many of the attractions are clones you find in other parks, but there is enough uniqueness here for a LEGO loving child to find plenty to do.

Opened in 2022 as the world’s first standalone park dedicated to Peppa Pig, the British anthropomorphic pig that has aired over 300 episodes and become a worldwide phenomenon.

This small 4.5-acre park, just a few steps away from Legoland’s main gate, is dedicated to pre-schoolers. Easily manageable in half a day, if your kids still have energy to burn, you could hop down to the water park or take in some of Legoland’s main attractions for the rest of the day.

Set within Legoland Park, the waterpark is a separate ticketed entry. As there is no dedicated entry for the waterpark, you also must have a ticket for Legoland to enter the water park but you can come and go as you please all day.

Featuring over 4 million LEGO bricks and the usual array of family fun including a wave pool, lazy river and 5 slides, Legoland Water Park may not be the largest you can visit in Florida but young kids will love the interactive elements dotted around the park.
