January 2025

For the first fortnight in January crowds remain heavier than you can expect towards the end of the month and into February thanks to aggressive pricing for annual passes for Florida residents who like to visit outside of work hours.

Saturday’s continue to be the most popular days thanks to annual passholders visiting outside of work and before the start of the new work week.

The last half of the month starts a trend that carries through many of the months at Legoland Florida with quiet weekdays and busier weekends.

February 2025

February in Legoland Florida is moderately busy baring a few week days at the start of the month. Weekends remain busy and the first public holiday of the year, Presidents Day (every third Monday in February) brings the first opportunity for people to get away for a break but the bump in attendance is negligable compared to other parks.

The week following Presidents Day is busy in Legoland Florida as people take the opportunity to get away without having to use as much annual leave.

March 2025

March is a busy month in Legoland Florida!  The quietest time to visit is the first week excluding the weekends. Spring Break Crowds descend on Florida from the second Saturday of March bringing inflated crowds for the rest of the month and into April.

If you are looking for a quiet time in the parks you might want to give late March (and a lot of April) a bit of a wide berth.

April 2025

April’s crowds continue to be higher than average at Legoland Florida, particularly during the first fortnight as the continuation of the Spring Break holiday carries through until the middle of the month, also encompassing Good Friday and Easter Sunday.

Avoiding the peak Spring Break crowds, late April is still a great time to visit for warm weather without the humidity of the summer months but with slightly higher weekday crowds than you will see in the following months. Weekends tend to stay moderately busy throughout the whole month.

May 2025

Low to moderate crowds coupled with fantastic weather and no significant public holidays until the end of the month make May a brilliant time to visit Legoland Florida if you want to avoid peak crowds but still have the weather.

The better weather continues to bring out more locals at the weekends but weekdays should be a very pleasant time to visit with minimal wait times throughout the park.

June 2025

June heralds the start of the US School holidays in many US States running through to the first week of August.

While many parks see a bump in attendance through the first week of August, Legoland actually gets quieter. The reason is simple; many local residents, who make up a big proportion of Legoland Florida visitors, use June and July to escape Florida’s turbulent weather and visit family in other states so there are far less annal passholders in the area to visit.

June is one of the quietest months to visit Legoland Florida but it is also has some of the highest average rainfall and can be unpleasantly humid of you don’t deal well with heat.

July 2025

July continues to be a very quiet time to visit Legoland Florida as local annual passholders continue their holidays out of state to avoid the heat and humidity.

Fridays to Sundays continue to draw in the biggest crowds of the week, especially Saturdays.

Weekdays continue to be very quiet with a slight bump in crowds on Fridays. Remember that park hours will echo attendance levels. The park opens at 10 am no matter the day but closing times will vary dependant on attendance. In June and July Legoland Florida will close generally at 5 pm (the waterpark will close even earlier) with a one hour extension to 6 pm on Saturdays.

August 2025

Weekdays in August continue to be very quiet in Legoland Florida if you need to visit during UK school summer holidays.

US School term starts around the second week of August but with focus on the new school year for many young families attendance won’t pick up in the park until October onwards. Saturdays continue to be the busiest day of the week with Friday and Sunday also seeing a small bump in attendance but nothing to get too worried over.

Remember that hurricane season in Florida runs from June through September so there is a small chance your holiday may be impacted but it’s usually only one or 2 days as a worst case scenario.

September 2025

Legoland Florida’s attendance pattern in September largely mirrors August with quiet weekdays and busier weekends.

The focus in early September is setting up Halloween celebrations so other entertainment is light and park hours are generally shorter to go with lighter crowds while people wait for the popular Halloween season to start in earnest in October. Keep an eye on the official “Brick Or Treat” event page on the Legoland Florida website to see exact dates for your visit.

If you would like to experience Halloween in the parks without the associated crowds, mid to late September is a good time to visit.

October 2025

October has always been a popular time for people to visit Orlando because of separate ticketed events at Universal and at the Magic Kingdom in Disney World.

Legoland Florida runs its own annual Halloween event called “Brick Or Treat” with special entertainment and fun Halloween overlays of some of Legoland’s most popular attractions.

Park hours are extended slightly and the event usually operates only at the weekends keeping weekday crowds to a minimum.

November 2025

November in Legoland Florida is largely another buffer month in between two popular holiday celebrations. As soon as Halloween ends you will see the park preparing and launching Christmas celebrations soon after.

Weekends remain moderately busy as locals flock to the park outside of work for some Christmas cheer. Thanksgiving, a hugely popular public holiday in America, will see a bump in attendance for one weekend so try to avoid this weekend if you can. Weekdays still remain very quiet but with reduced operating hours.

December 2025

The first fortnight is a great time to visit to see the park in full on Christmas mode without the crowds of the last fortnight but bear in mind the parks may close earlier in December than later.

Weekends in the last half of December become particularly busy as does the week between Christmas and New Year but with so many attractions to spread out the crowds and a large footprint, Legoland Florida doesn’t feel as packed as Universal or Disney.

Remember that Lagoland Florida usually only operate many special events at weekends meaning weekdays are quieter but there isn’t as much holiday cheer as you will find at the weekend.
